Our personal approach makes it easy for us to work as a team with our clients, we strive to bring the final product as a quality building within your budget.

fees:

Ours is a percentage of the building cost, and is divided into stages.

The client can decide on a full or partial service, where a fixed fee can be agreed on.

Design:

The design work starts with a brief supplied by you the client and is translated to a concept which is positioned on the site, advice on estimated costs in relation to your budget.

Once the design concept is approved we proceed to prepare building drawings and a review of the estimated costs of the work in relation to the budget.

we oversee in conjunction with the client, the selection of the building contractor through a tender process and advise on methods of contracting.

We offer full supervision during building period and during a stipulated latent defect period.
