Reni Burgui was our first client in South Africa, she is a Swiss dietician, and she decided to immigrate to S. Africa, she preferred Spanish Style with all rooms leading to a central court yard as a main characteristic of this style.

During the first months of 1991 we designed the house and all coordination at that time was through fax and courier, she became a permanent resident in 1992.

The House is situated in Somerset West on an artificial hill to allow sea views.
