The Nomzamo Community donated land to Provincial Government of The Western Cape for the purpose of building a new Day Clinic. The size of the site required to develop the clinic accommodation in two stories, resolved in an ‘L’ shaped building which allows natural ventilation, a double volume for the Main Waiting provide adequate air flow rate for this public space; the mechanical system contributes only for previously set temperatures; solar control with shading devices were designed aiming for a Green building rate.
