Project located in Nyanga, the existing Masincedane clinic is nowadays insufficient, therefore the City of Cape Town planned to build a new health facility. The new Day Clinic accommodation will provide eighteen consulting rooms, counselling areas and a Pharmacy dispensary. Green principles like energy and water re-use have been applied.
