Located in Strand in a well stablished area, the house sits on a slopping street. The garages and storerooms are on ground floor, living areas and terraces on first floor with sea views; the house was renovated capturing a beach-house character, the entrance stairs redesigned, and gardens landscaped. The interior was modernised, an open plan connects all living areas, the design maximises outlooks towards the sea maintaining private spaces.
